Start with an account
Downloads and links are issued to members, so the first step is always the free sign-up. Press Sign Up & Get Free Play and fill in the short form; free play is added under the posted terms.
Your Game Vault download, by device
- Android: an attendant sends the current download link. Install only files that come from an attendant.
- iPhone and iPad: APK files do not install on iOS, and we never claim an App Store app exists. An attendant gives you the access route that works on iPhone.
- Desktop or laptop: ask for the browser link.
Logging in for the first time
Enter the Game Vault login your attendant provides, update the password if asked, and try a few rounds with free play before you decide anything else. Deposits are optional.
Good habits from day one
- Compare Matched Vault and Straight Vault on the Game Rules page first.
- Decide on a budget and an end time before you start.
- Remember: 20 to 25 minutes of gameplay and a $10 minimum deposit per redemption request.
- Take regular breaks; see Responsible Play.
Troubleshooting
Install blocked on Android? Allow installs from that source in settings, or ask for a new link. Login rejected? Check the FAQ or message an attendant.
